33 Storytime Remembered

Teacher: Leslie Ison and Norma Whaley
Day: Friday
Time: 8:30 am

A quilt for the toddler - just a bit larger than a baby quilt.  Students will learn the easy and accurate way to make a square in a square.

Supplies:
Sewing machine
Basic sewing kit
Mat, rotary cutter, and ruler
Pineapple ruler
1 yard muslin or fabric of choice for sashing
1/2 yard for focus fabric for center square
1/4 yard pieces of a variety of contrast fabrics approx. 9 different fabrics

Center squares are cut 5 1/2"
Sashing - cut 31 - 2 1/2" x 10 1/2" pieces
The other cuttings will not be given because this is a scrap quilt and that will be part of the teaching process.
